About the founder

My name is Pauwine Steenbergen. I am an inherently forward-thinking and purpose driven person; someone who tries to see the hidden potential in situations and individuals. One of the things that I find important in life is that individuals find the opportunity to make use of their abilities in order to operate at their personal potential. 

Throughout my life and career, I have seen many people and established businesses fall short of their potential. It is almost never due to a lack of effort or hard work.What is often missing is a clear sustainable plan. When looking closely, the most powerful catalyst for this growth is self-insight. Getting to know deep down what truly makes one tick, allows for the creation of a process/design that plays into to someone’s strengths. 

My role is to map the trajectory from current reality to maximum impact. True progress is never accidental; it happens when structural efficiency is aligned with one’s fundamental goals. My experience has proven me one thing: real efficiency is almost never found in a generic, copy-paste template. That is why I am not a big fan of surface-level fixes and focus on the mechanics of human behavior—gaining a precise, practical understanding of what actually motivates, and drives teams during times of transition. My objective is not incremental improvement; it is to design structural changes that benefit both businesses and individuals on a personal level. 

To achieve that, I analyze every challenge through two uncompromising filters: structural efficiency and long-term sustainability.
